海外大手のbooking.comは、日本旅行者を含め海外でも人気の宿泊サイトです。宿泊料金や宿と飛行機をセットにすると安くなることもあり、ビジネス利用にもよく利用されています。
今回は、booking.comを利用した後の領収書の発行方法について情報をまとめました。

booking.comの領収書について
booking.comを利用した場合、領収書の発行はホテルや宿へ宿泊した後に発行されます。ホテルによっては、宿泊する前に領収書を発行してくれるところもありますよ。
booking.comで領収書と同じものが、予約確認書です。
booking.comの領収書はどこで取得できるの？
booking.comで領収書をオンラインで取得する方法は2つあります。
領収書の取得は決済方法によって変わる
- オンライン決済
ウェブ上で取得 - 現地決済
宿現地で発行してもらう
オンライン決済の場合
オンライン決済したときは、ウェブサイトかメール通知の2種類の方法があります。1つはオンライン決済で予約を完了することで、自動でbooking.comのアカウントに登録しているメールアドレスに通知。
2つ目は、booking.comのウェブサイト右上にあるアカウントから予約＆ご旅行を選択し、予約しているホテルをクリックすると領収書をダウンロードすることができます。
現地決済の場合
オンライン決済を選択せずに、現地決済を選択した場合は、booking.comのウェブサイトから領収書を取得することができません。この場合は、宿泊したところで、領収書を発行してもらう必要があります。
ここで領収書の発行が漏れてしまうと、領収書が発行できるかどうか直接、宿へ確認が必要です。
booking.comの領収書発行手続き
booking.comの領収書を取得するには、以下の手順で行うと取得できます。
- booking.comのウェブサイトにログインし、右上のメニューバーから「アカウント」をクリックします。
- 「予約」タブを選択し、領収書を取得したい予約を選択します。
- 予約の詳細画面で、「領収書をダウンロードする」リンクをクリックします。
- 領収書の詳細を入力し、「ダウンロード」ボタンをクリックします。
- 電子メールで送信された領収書を保存または印刷します。
booking.comの決済手段
booking.comの決済手段は、全部で4つです。
- オンラインカード決済：VISA、Mastercard、American Expressなど
- PayPal：PayPalアカウントを使用
- 銀行振込：予約後、指定された銀行口座に直接振込
- 現金：現地決済を選択したときに宿泊施設で支払う

メールで取得がおすすめ
後で領収書を発行しようと思うとうっかり忘れてしまうこともあるので、なるべく予約が完了した時点で、領収書のリクエストをしておきましょう。領収書をリクエストすると、booking.comからメールで通知してくれます。
メールであれば、見返すこともでき、いつでも印刷できるので安心ですよ！
領収書がメールで届かいないとき
領収書がメールで届かない場合は、迷惑メールボックスに入っていないか確認しましょう。迷惑メールにも届いていないときは、booking.comのヘルプセンターへ問い合わせが必要です。
領収書の発行を忘れてしまったとき
booking.comでは、宿泊が完了すると予約リクエストの選択欄が消えてしまい、自由に領収書が取得できないようになっています。万一、領収書の発行を忘れてしまったときは、booking.comのヘルプセンターへ問い合わせしましょう。
booking.com領収書の注意点
領収書を取得するときの注意点として、一番疑問に思われている部分をピックアップして紹介していきます。ここでは、特に注意してもらいたいことは2つです。
booking.com複数人の領収書発行
booking.comは、法人一括精算などを導入していないため、複数人で旅行をした際やビジネス出張を利用したときは現地支払いを選択する必要があります。事前支払いを選択してしまうと予約した代表者と合計金額のみの記載です。
人数ごとで領収書が必須になる場合は、必ず現地支払いを選択して領収書を発行しましょう。
海外ホテルを予約したときの領収書発行
日本語が通じにくい、海外ホテルでも日本のホテルと同様に現地支払いにした場合でも領収書を発行してくれますが、1つ注意しましょう。海外の場合、領収書とレシートが同じものになっているので、発行に手間取る宿もたくさんあります。
万一、海外のレシートしか発行できなかった場合は、booking.comのヘルプセンターで問い合わせを行うことで発行できることも。
booking.comの領収書は簡単に取得できる
booking.comの領収書は、以前まではウェブサイトで発行できませんでしたが、2023年時点でbooking.comのアカウントから取得することができるようになりました。予約時の支払い方法を事前決済にすることで、領収書の取得も簡単になります。
ただし、複数人の利用や法人一括精算には対応していないので、その場に応じて決済方法を変更し領収書を取得しましょう。
